RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Merchandise can be exchanged or returned if unused and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Credit card payments on returned merchandise will be credited back the cost of the merchandise minus the shipping charge. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us for instructions and notification prior to returning a product

WARRANTIES

Epic Events will replace merchandise that fails from workmanship or defective materials, at our discretion, within 30 days of the purchase date. We accept no responsibility for customer initiated damage and/or loss during use of product. Please contact us for return instructions.

MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY

Merchandise orders received during the month of September (after LoToJa) will likely be back-ordered and may take four to six weeks to ship. You will be notified via email if your order is delayed beyond October 31. All orders will be shipped via USPS First-Class or Priority mail. Your credit card payment will be processed when your order is ready to ship.
